Once again I have a dubious Internet character with government connections making preposterous allegations against me. Sigh.
Dave “Acton” Sweigert’s lawsuit against Jason Goodman has moved from South Carolina, where Goodman used his YouTube channel to shut down the Port of Charleston, to the Southern District of New York. Goodman is also the subject of an $18 million defamation lawsuit by (ex?) CIA case officer Robert David Steele in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Dave Sweigert has filed a motion to intervene in the Steele lawsuit as an interested party. Both he and Jason Goodman are representing themselves “pro se”, meaning without a lawyer. Sweigert has considerable experience in this, having successfully won a whistleblower case over CIA budget misappropriations in the same Virginia Court in the 1990’s. Jason Goodman has many lawyers on his show, including Larry “K.F.” Klayman, who was censured by a magistrate for inappropriate touching of his children – and lost two appeals trying to deny this.
The Court asked Goodman to specifically state under oath that he has had no legal assistance in preparing any of his filings. That seems obvious in his latest one, which is an elaborate conspiracy theory. He has accused me of conspiring with friends, enemies, acquaintances and strangers to launder money through the Steemit web site.
Jason Goodman has spoken about Steemit many times and had guests on his show to explain it to him, but he still doesn’t understand it at all. I have a plug-in for WordPress which automatically shares posts from this blog on the Steemit blockchain. Other Steemit users can upvote the post if they like it, each vote earns the post author “Steem Dollars”. The Steem blockchain is public, which means we can easily evaluate Goodman’s claims of a “vast money laundering conspiracy”.

The idea that I would risk my career, reputation, and freedom for $159 is preposterous. Likewise, it is silly to think that money launderers would use a platform where all transactions are visible to the public.
Jason Goodman’s absurd filing has necessitated me filing a statement defending my honor against these outrageous, libelous, and ridiculous claims.

Included in this post is some of Chip’s writing and photos. At the end I will add some more from my own research collection. I have purchased the Fountain Valley School yearbooks for 1963 and 1964 and can confirm that Barlow, Weir, and Chip Wood all appear together in the 1963 yearbook.
Three months after “Chip” is created, when he is the size of a three inch banana and his “eye buds” are forming, his mother tries to commit suicide. The rest of his gestation is “distressed” and he is born premature with his left eye points up & to the extreme left. (strabismus) His unpleasant mother is greatly disturbed, and cried that Chip is a spawn of Satan sent to ruin her comfortable and wealthy diplomatic life. But Chip’s father, a young super star diplomat in the Marshall Plan, gives Chip his love, and takes him to London for many dangerous eye operations. They play “Light & Dark” baby games together, and become very close with a near-psychic ability to communicate. His father tells him a million times: “You may have a bad eye, but your brain is just fine!” Chip believes his father, and soon teaches himself how to build flying model airplanes by self-education.
When leaving Brussels for Manila during the Hukbalahap Rebellion there, Chip’s father is afraid the Europeans will believe America will forget Europe and their great dream to change into a war-free European Union. To assuage their leaders of these fears at his farewell garden party, Chips father persuades him to play Mannequin Piss on a pedestal to everyone’s amusement. It is Chip’s diplomatic debut.
After contracting Polio in Manila, Chip’s family moves to McLean, Virginia, and live in a wonderful house surrounded rolling and beautifully forested hills west of Washington. It becomes Chip’s magic Garden of Eden. When he is nine, in August, 1957, he saves his father’s career by persuading a Vietnamese leader to return to a South East Treaty Organization party in their family home. The leader had become outraged, and demanded the conference immediately end. Nobody could bring the leader “back” to the gathering, and Chips father was faced with becoming “the man who lost Vietnam”, a career killer. Then Chip does a weird rotating left eye trick he had taught himself, and leads the leader back to the party. The next morning Eisenhower hears at his breakfast CIA briefing that “Foreign Service Officer Ben Wood’s retarded son saved the conference with his magic left eye.” Chips family moves to Vietnam where they eventually learn America will soon go to war, lose, and try to use nukes at the end. Chip decides to become a low-profile anthropologist, teacher, and private diplomat.
One day his first girlfriend suddenly tells him: “OMG, Chip, you are actually smart!” He believes her, and becomes smarter. In May, 1963, Chip creates the logos, name, business & artistic properties for what becomes the band “The Grateful Dead, and entrusts into the hands of Robert hall Weir who later, with Chip’s brother, totally betrays Chip’s interests. In 1966, Chip takes a Topology IQ test and scopes over 160. Chip’s father’s career, he had been Kennedy’s Vietnam adviser, is, after Dallas, destroyed by Johnson. Chip’s acceptance to U. Colorado vaporizes, and he must enter the Army for the war in Vietnam.
While training in Georgia, Chip meets Hamilton Jordan, and creates for him a plan to make his boss Jimmy president so he can start a Mid East Peace process, recognize China, and win a Nobel. Chip becomes an outstanding military leader, and a decorated combat veteran Green Beret “A” Team Commander. Just before leaving Vietnam, Chip creates a plan for a fellow Black Panther Green Beret from Chicago to go home, and create a champion black basketball player that speaks good English, then a champion black golfer that speaks better English then the golf commentators, and then America’s first black President. It works.
Back in America, chaos reigns. Chip races Motocross, then enters a yoga monastery. Chip’s father is murdered by interests controlling the revenues of the Grateful Dead Band, and Chip is threatened with murder by Phil Lesh. Chip moves to Nanjing to teach English, and improve Chinese/American relations, and becomes famous there. etc, Etc, ETC !

Chalmers Benedict Wood, a retired Foreign Service officer who served as an adviser to the South Vietnamese Government, died on Thursday at the Medical Center of Princeton, N.J. He was 73 years old and lived in Princeton.
He died of a brain hemorrhage, the funeral home said.
Mr. Wood, a 1940 graduate of Harvard College, joined the Foreign Service in 1947 after serving in the Army Air Force from 1940 to 1945. He was stationed in Brussels and Manila before going to Washington to serve as the State Department’s officer for Greece.
In 1957, he was named second secretary at the United States Embassy in Saigon and from 1959 to 1963 was in charge of Vietnamese affairs at the State Department. From 1964 to 1966 he served as first secretary in London and the next year directed the Cyprus office at the State Department.
Mr. Wood was then senior adviser for Binh Dinh province in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969. He returned to the State Department in 1970 with the office of Philippine affairs and from 1971 to 1974 served in the American Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand, as deputy chief of mission and charge d’affaires. Then he became a consultant on energy research and development.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Ramsay and Chalmers, and two daughters, Felicity and Penelope.
Chip’s brother Ramsay was also connected to the Harvard Psychedelic Project in the days of Timothy Leary and Henry Murray (OSS), which was involved in several of the 149 different subprojects of the joint British-US MKULTRA operation. Ramsay lives in London and is a Sufi priest. It is interesting that his Wikipedia page talks quite a bit about Lawrence Lessig, who was a close friend of John Perry Barlow. They were involved in setting up Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. Barlow talks about Lessig in his memoir, and even Chip gets a brief mention.

One was Major General Edward G. Lansdale, my “Uncle ED”, life mentor from Manila in 1950, and later Director Eilliam Egan Colby, “Uncle Bill”, whom I met in Saigon in 1958.
Also included “Ed & Maya” re how I profiled the right Asian American virgin nerd-girl to design the wall. Ed found her, and she did very VERY GOOD. And with about 140,000,000 having visited and shed tears there, they might be interested in my yarn. We shall see. Thanks for your interest.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND. 1947-1963:
Because my arguing gold-diggging Mom traumatically near-killed herself and me when I was three months insider her just as my eye-buds were forming, I was born walleyed, and thought retarded.
As an infant I went under the knife for deadly frightening eye operations in London during which I thought I was dying. Then I would wake up in post op blind with both eyes heavily bandaged, drugged to the nines, and Dad holding my hands gently singing old sea shanties: “In Dublin’s fair city, where the girls are so pretty, I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone…” We became very close even though I couldn’t yet even talk.
After my operational frights, and I could see again, I became a silent, unhappy, and autistic. So clever Dad took me to a Marshall Plan funded classical music concert for wounded WWII vets.
We were just three rows back center, the orchestra almost in touching distance. The first two pieces were somber yet growing, and Dad showed me how to wave my arms about as was the conductor. I responded, the only child there. Dad must have made a donation or something beforehand because the conductor and orchestra would occasionally look at me, smile, and a few even waved baby style. I was mesmerized, standing in my seat, and happily became interactive with them. Near by folks were amused. The band was deeply involved emotionally with the entire audience, the wounded, halt, lame, dispirited, homeless, all, and were playing their hearts out for us. Then Dad, grinning very big, shook me like a rag doll me with a big “AH-HA!” gesture, and the orchestra launched into Beethoven’s Fifth.
I was thunder and lightning struck to the depth of my bones for life. Words fail: I was a pre-verbal child. But the adult phrase “exploding in a supernova of reborn from the dead by love of life” are reasonable. When we were all leaving after the last of many concert hall shaking encores, many were crying determined to rebuild worn torn Europe immediately, and make our world a better place. Me crying too, and Dad took me home to bed where I dreamed infant dreams of God only know what all. So is it any wonder what I first sketched when designing the logos for the band Dad gave me permission to create in May, 1963?

In
August, 1957, my childhood drew
to a close. Dad was asked by Ike and both Dulles brothers, one running the
Central Intelligence Agency, and the other the Department of State, to go to
little Vietnam on the other side of our world and stop a looming war there. Dad
was to try to avoid that potential fiasco because many nations and the Vatican feared
such it could lead to a disastrous global thermonuclear conflict. He was to
develop trusting liaisons with South Vietnam’s President Diem, and committed back
channels communications with Ho Chi Minh in North Vietnam as Roosevelt had during
World War Two when “Uncle Ho” had fought with us against the Japanese, and
saved our pilots shot down in the jungles.
Such was Dad’s bacon and eggs.
He had become quietly loved throughout Europe during the Marshall Plan as a super
star young diplomat able to charm birds off trees, slide fat envelopes of his
own cash over or under a table in two shakes of a lamb tail, and solve a vexing
Cold War problem to the East by the third shake. We as a family had all joined
into the passion of that amazing era. We were enchanted as most everyone there
was amid the shocking ashes of World War Two which still smelled of death, and
the still reverberating echoes of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear bomb
episodes in Japan. All of us were determined “to make our world into a better and
wiser place!”
Dad’s dream was to be appointed
our American Ambassador to Paris, as had been his friend and mentor David K.
Bruce*. That was Dad’s bacon. That he spoke fluent French
was his eggs, and that he had majored in European History back in the old days
at Harvard before serving in Europe in WWII, was his hot morning coffee. Dad
was great.
Prior to his departure, a large
delegation of powerful Vietnamese and their wives came to Washington for a
crucial South East Asia Treaty Organization conference. But for two frustrating
weeks it had become a difficult and unhappy gathering in the steaming summer
Washington heat. So, for a little holiday, the delegates and their wives were
invited by Dad out of their secret bolt hole hotels, and into our home to
relax, refresh themselves in our cool and rolling forested hills west of
Washington, and personally get to know “A Real American Family!” They were
delighted.
After the Secret Service had
inspected our home for dangers etc, and radioed to the police our home was
“safe”, the Vietnamese delegates arrived in a long procession of black
government sedans. It was my job to take the wives up to my room, and show them
all the little things that made up the life of a real live American boy. That
had long been my designated junior diplomatic family job: Charmer Chip.
The slender wives, the very
cream of Vietnam’s womanhood, dressed in their long and colorful traditional
diaphanously svelte Vietnam Ào Dài dresses, were for stunned ten year old me
the most charming and beautiful creatures ever to walk this earth. So after all
the introductions on our front porch, I lead them upstairs to my bedroom, sat
them all on my bed, and made my best junior diplomatic welcoming speech: “Dear Ladies
of Vietnam, welcome into my family home, and my American life. Please ask me
ANY question you wish. Please! Do not be shy! I am here with you, and at your
service! Those are my favorite pictures. There is Davey Crocket and his famous
long rifle ‘Betsy’, that’s a B-52 taking off with JATO rocket assist, that’s a romantic
castle in Scotland…” And so it went, the hidden switch on my reading light, my study
desk and Potomac school books, my short wave radio for listening to anywhere in
the world, through the clothes in my dresser and closet, and so on through
everything, which they examined as if detective and scientists. They “Oood,
Ahhed”, chattered among themselves, and the Leading Lady asked their questions,
such as which was my favorite book, and could they please see my shoes? By the
time I had shown them everything
right down to the toothbrushs in my bathroom, and I had answered all their
questions, we were never to be forgotten friends for life.
So I took them to our kitchen
for their coup de grâce*: a just carefully made,
perfectly salted, buttered, touch of sugar southern styled whipped to fluffy
cream steaming bowl of mashed potatoes. Our very American made General Electric
Triple Whip Maschine Oder Ehrfurcht Und Wunder was whipping the creamed potatoes threateningly as
I quickly dipped my practiced finger in between the whirling blades for a hot
dollop of deliciousness to my mouth, and motioned for them to do the same.
It was our calculated family
kitchen-trick with guests: frighten them a little, then delight them. It would
be a little memory they would take home to Vietnam, and tell friends about. The
wives were genuinely frightened, shrinking back in alarm. They had never in
their lives seen such a dangerous kitchen machine whipping away like a brazen
gallon-sized dragon of unforgivingly hard white and chromium American steel.
Naturally, I stepped boldly up to the menacing monster as Almighty God Zeus
would to slay another lady-killing Dragon, reached up my manly United States
arm, and switched it off.
The wives hands darted up to
cover their mouths, hiding their gasps of relief. So I turned it on again, took
the Leading wife’s dainty hand, guided it up to the switch, and made her turn it off. Pink rushed to her
cheeks, always a good sign with females, and she tittered like a Nightingale in
moonlight.
After much chatter, we all dipped
in for a mutual nibble, looked all around at each other, raised our dolloping
fingers to our mouths, and tasted together as one. Their eyes grew large,
squeals of delight blossomed all-round, and our mutual amities were forever
thereafter engraved upon the Harmonies of Heaven’s Mandate. Then they rushed
out to drag in strict order their husbands, and school them about their next
family American made acquisition. [Vietnamese
wives have more in-family power than most Westerners realize. For example, the
legend of Cinderella’s Magic Fairy God Mother came from Vietnam to the West via
night time fireside travel stories along China’s Silk Road. Centuries later during
our foolish war there, I was always peculiarly lucky as if by the Magic of a
secret Fairy Godmother.]
Ahhh, Diplomacy when it is right
and good! A while later everyone was gathered on our north porch overlooking
the majestic Potomac River far below. Cocktails, drinks, refreshments, or
snacks were in all hands. The mood shifted, became more optimistic, and the
possibility the conference could succeed seemed in reach. Everyone was smiling,
a few laughing lightly, the clink of glasses touching steady, Dad was pleased,
and I so proud of him. Up in the forest around our home a breeze stirred the
leaves in the treetops as murmurings and whisperings in the blue sky’s
sunshine.
Suddenly, the large Vietnamese
political “Great Leader” became outraged because of a misunderstanding, and
demanded the whole conference come to an end immediately. He stalked out to the
edge of our lawn, turned his back on everyone, and folder up his arms in anger.
This was a diplomatic disaster for Dad because he would be blamed for “loosing
Vietnam” for the rest of his diplomatic career! Dad and several others went out
to ask the leader to please return to the conference, but he refused. Dad and I
were very close, and I could see he was worried, and even frightened. I had never
seen that before!
It shocked me deeply! Dad was my
greatest hero. I couldn’t understand it. So I went to him. He was walking
hurriedly back and forth in our living room inside from our porch where
everyone was standing in rigid silence. He was looking as I had never seen
before. I stood in trembling alarm waiting for him to recognize me.
Surprisingly quickly, he suddenly stopped, and looked at me. “Yes Chip?” he
asked. “May I try?” He looked at me as if I was an alien just blasted in from the
Alpha Centauri star system. Then he suddenly laughed, threw up his arms, and said, “Well, EVERYTHING
else has failed! So why not? Certainly Chip. You go try!”
And thus I embarked upon my
first solo international diplomatic escapade! I knew I had three diplomatic
weapons no one else there had. (1.) I was ten years old, and I knew from long
family experience it is foolish, and even politically dangerous for any big
leader to abuse a charming child in front of wives and witnesses. (2.) I had
heard stories about the prisoners of war in Asia recounting: if you sang, and
acted crazy doing interesting and weird things with your body, an Asian might
wonder whether you were possessed by The Divine, and treat you well. And (3.)
quite secret, I could do a trick with my eyes that shocked adults, and made my
friends roll on the floor with laughter. I had become frustrated with my birth-defective
left eye. When tired, my left eye would wander up and away to my left, and I
would be teased mercilessly: “Hey wall-eyed retard!” So after weeks of practice in front
of a mirror, I had taught myself to keep my right eye still while moving my
left eye in circles. Like the Devil’s evil magic, I could look into your eyes
with my right eye, and at the same time make my left eye go around and around
in big circles! I had once played the trick to a mean old aunt of a primitive
religion, and she had jumped back, and squeaked in horror: “Get thee away from
me Satan!” Then she had run away. It was so cool!
So I ran down to my basement
workshop, got my best model airplane glider, ran out to him with it, and
launched it so it floated by right in front of him. He glanced at me, grunted,
and looked away embarrassed. He had never been buttonholed by an American kid when
angry, and he knew danger when he saw it. I attacked again, launching my
airplane right by him. “Wouldn’t you like to fly my airplane with me?” I
persisted in my most charming and musical voice.
He looked at me, so as quick as I could in
order to hold his attention, I started explained the rudiment of aviation. “You
see Sir, I made this glider myself from Balsa wood and glue. This tail-plane
area is twenty three percent of the wing area, the wing has a nine to one
span-to-cord ratio with eight degrees of dihedral for stability, and the
plane’s balance point is forty percent back from the leading edge, which I can
adjust with play-clay here on the nose”. I pointed at it. “Because balance is a
key to controlled flight, just like Confucius said: balance is very important!
Isn’t it just SO interesting!?”
His eyes widened slightly, and
he looked at me with sufficient surprise to forget his anger. We looked deep
into each other’s eyes for two heartbeats, and before he could remember his
anger and look away, I stepped closer, looked harder into his eyes, and said:
“Dear Sir, won’t you PLEASE come
back to my father’s party? It’s for you!”
I put a worried look on my face. “If you don’t come back Sir, my father will
lose his job, and then we won’t be able to afford the expensive surgical
operation I need…” And, keeping my right eye glued between his eyes, I
started making my left eye go around in the biggest circles I could. “…and then I won’t be able to go to a good
school, and get the education I need to be a great diplomat like you and my
father! Please Sir?”
He instantly drew in his breath
with an “Oh!” of shock as he stepped back from me. Quick as I could, I stepped
forward again, grabbed him politely by his wrist like a policeman slapping
cuffs on a perp, and pulled. “Please?!!” And he came! So I took
his big hand in mine, and lead him back up to our porch as a wayward lamb, back
where eyes swelled, mouths fell agape, his giggling twinkling-eyed wife tittered
anew, whispered wagers on my gambit were won and lost, and Dad rushed forward
to receive him.
I hurried away as if busy with
other family chores. I knew that would create the best diplomatic impression
because it would give everyone the freedom to say all sorts of wonderful things
about me they wouldn’t say if I stayed for their praise. And, it made it
impossible for the Great Leader to get angry when it to dawned on him he had
been bamboozled by a ten year old retard.
That evening Dad admitted I had
“…done good”, and winked at me. Saving Ben’s Bacon had been fun, and that night
I dreamed of him our Ambassador in Paris. I later heard, though it was probably
just another amusing Washington DC cocktail story, that the next morning, just
as President Eisenhower was sipping his steaming hot breakfast coffee, his
morning CIA briefing officer told him, timing his words carefully, exactly how
the conference had been saved, and a possible global thermonuclear war averted
by the spin of “Foreign Service Officer Ben Wood’s son Chip, and His Magic Left
Eyeball”, and the President of the United States of America, the most powerful
man in the world, spilled hot coffee all over his lap.

Uncle Ed & The
Girl at Yale

It started when I was a
kid reading Confucius. His thinking seemed more advanced in the long term than
our zero sum Roman Empire based stuff. Rome had fallen. The English Empire was
teetering. Dad and I discussed it at length. We were extremely close, our
mutual love and trust beyond doubt. Dad introduced me to Edward G. Lansdale
about ‘51 in Manila when I was five. Before Ed came to our home for dinner, Dad
said he was unhappy because someone back in Washington had made trouble for
him. I was the family charmer. Dad asked me: “Chip, can you please make Ed feel
good again about America?”
It went
well. Ed was a genuine American hero. Soon he was bouncing me on his knee,
blowing great harmonica, and telling fantastic stories about Jap Lieutenant Hiroo Onoda up in the hills still fighting WWII. Ed was a
great subtle win/win Confucian Christian American guy with music. “Uncle Ed”! He’d
squelched the Hukbalahap Rebellion
two days before its getgo because he spent a lot of time out humping the bush
making real friends among all comers while not abusing their young women etc.
So the locals had told him what was going down.
Then some wannabee back in Washington boasted about Ed’s secret Huk
exploits with names, and they were
soon murdered back out in the Philippine’s bush. I could feel he’d been somehow
wronged when we first met. Something bad. Later when I heard all, it cautioned
me about American field service, and going private became a thought. We are a
culturally young & mixed nation, with only about 11% the time learning by
directly experience re national cultural developments compared to old China. It
tells. To my thinking: learning by direct experience often beats book learning,
and both is best.
While in Vietnam (’68-’69) as a Special Forces Lieutenant, my de
facto job was (a.) planning with both Vietnams their obvious eventual
unification, their developmental
future entry into world trade, creating domestic and foreign reserves, and the so
on get rich stuff. That went with extreme subtly, while (b.) I went about more openly
under the cover and security of Uncle Bill Colby’s killer Phoenix Program while
(c.) appearing to be a normal psyops guy, Ed’s specialty. [I had met “Uncle Bill” William E. Colby in
old Saigon in ’58] That sounds unusual, but I’d known the Viets for a decade, and
they knew me from childhood, especially the elite wives, and they had more direct power in their families than any
American ever knew. In fact, the Cinderella and her Fairy God Mother folk tale
came from Vietnam to Europe by fireside stories carried along China’s bygone
Silk Road.
The only danger for me came from American Army officers trying to
use me in some hopeless WWII based scheme, which were countless in that utterly
different war. Late in my tour I chatted with a Black Panther Special Forces
NCO from Chicago, and persuaded him America needed a Black President. For amusements
I scootered around up in the hills on a trusty little Honda 90 in black pajamas:
to light to pop road mines, and to local looking to worry about getting shot
the Viet Cong. A few of my Special Forces buddies were outraged, but I just didn’t
care. We would soon lose in Vietnam, at which point it could go thermonuclear

The BLM and local cops want more resources to handle a large population.
BMorg says the BLM’s demands would cost $10 million, and lead to “substantial” increases in ticket prices – which are already more than substantial for an event where the punters have to bring all the entertainment and facilities themselves.
The 10-year Permit for the event is at stake. This is needed for the largest event on Federal land to continue.
Among the contested changes suggested by BLM in the draft report, according to the Burning Man website, were:
— Federal oversight over certain parts of Burning Man‘s operations
— 10 miles of either plastic or cement barriers around the perimeter fence
— Dumpsters within the city and along Gate Road for the 80,000 participants
— BLM-approved private security funded by Burning Man who would be screening for weapons and drugs for anyone entering Black Rock City.
One suggestion, labelled as “brazen” in the Burning Man staff statement, was that the group would pay for the maintenance of County Road 34, which takes participants to the entrance…
Further complicating matters is the fact that organizers are seeking a 10-year permit with BLM to continue to hold the event at Black Rock Desert, which has been “home” to Burners for 27 years. The environmental impact statement was done in part to look at the potential outcome if the event grows to hold up to 100,000 people, versus its current attendee numbers of 70,000, or not holding the event at all.
The field manager for the Bureau of Land Management’s Black Rock Field Office said its suggestions are “attempts at trying to solve problems” in comments to the Gazette-Journal, emphasizing that the report is not yet finalized
BMorg’s response is, predictably, to raise ticket prices. No matter that they are able to sell another 30,000 more tickets. At current VIP Price of $1400, that is an extra $42,000,000 revenue per year – plus handling fees, vehicle passes, and all that jazz.
Initial cost estimates for BLM’s recommended stipulations are nearly $10 million per year and would raise ticket prices substantially. Importantly, BLM would benefit financially from these increased expenses through their existing requirements to take a percentage of a permit holder’s gross revenue.

Here is a local response, “reviewing Burning Man’s fact checking BLM”
Burning Man’s “Fact Checking BLM” is short on fact checking and long on opinion replete with unsupported allegations, overstatements, and misstatements lacking in factual support. However BRC continues with its use of hyperbole right from the start of their rapidly crafted response. BRC relies heavily on volunteer labor to support and then credits erroneously that (BRC) pays for EVERYTHING. Reviewing the Draft EIS there is no supporting the statement. “Fact Checking BLM” is rife with complaints of increasing BRC’s costs, while ignoring the cost to the Communities that are adversely impacted or “volunteered” to clean up after Burning Man. Ignoring the Anti-Environmental impacts of the party or “this thing we have in the desert” using copious amounts of fossil fuels for visual indulgences and creature comforts not including the “…, increased greenhouse gas emissions from hundreds of flatbed trucks transporting large, heavy loads, and increased fuel consumption” to create a Brigadoon on the Playa. BRC seems to be oblivious of its vulnerability to acts of Domestic Terrorism and the detrimental effect to the importation of illegal drugs and newly created criminals in the County where the event is held, both unwilling to address and unable to confront these issues. BRC’s only identified effort for crime reduction has been stated as “having a Radio Station and Newspaper” is clearly ineffective. As is a plastic “trash fence” to insure security from the numerous media covered Mass casualty tragedies that can act as inspiration for both Domestic and International Terrorists either group or Lone Wolf.
A – increase population to 100,000 participants by 2022
B – reduce population to 50,000
C – move the event to the North, still in Pershing; grow to 100,000
D – stay the same, 80,000 max population

It seems even the local Sheriff – no fan of Burning Man, at all – thinks the Feds are going too far with their proposed private contractor security searches of vehicles for drugs and guns.

BLM suggests dumpsters, universal vehicle searches at
Burning Man
Last week’s Lovelock public hearing on the Bureau of Land Management’s Draft EIS for Burning Man’s ten year Special Recreation Permit attracted plenty of local interest. The comment deadline is April 29 with the Final EIS expected this summer before the event starts August 25.
The Lovelock audience was quiet compared to the reportedly raucous, standing-room only crowd at the Sparks Nugget the night before. Some local leaders,however, later shared strong opinions of the BLM’s Draft EIS, proposed mitigations and five alternative plans for the event.
In a rare agreement with festival organizers, Pershing County Sheriff Jerry Allen told the Lovelock crowd that the BLM’s proposed security searches of all vehicles for illegal drugs and firearms might not provide the required probable cause and therefore could be unconstitutional.
Pershing County Commission Chairman Larry Rackley, who is not a fan of the festival, later said he agreed with Sheriff Allen’s assessment of blanket searches of all vehicles entering the event.
“As far as entry searches, I agree with Jerry that this is going a bit far,” Rackley said in an email.
Rackley also opposes the proposal for trash dumpsters and heavy concrete barriers on the playa due to the impacts on an aging county road. He also opposes Alternative A that would allow the festival to grow from 80,000 to 100,000 participants as proposed by event organizers.
“I do not agree with the concrete barriers because of the weight, in and out, on the road,” Rackley said in the email. “Burning Man of course does not contribute to road maintenance or repair. I do not agree with expansion of the population for the same reason. BRC (Black Rock City) does not pay their way and takes advantage of Pershing County.”
Rackley also criticized a BRC official who said law enforcement contributes to the trash.
“In the BRC response to this by Marnee Benson, she spoke about the loss of business to others who pick up the burner trash and included the statement that law enforcement contributed to the trash,” he said. “Really? And then they (BRC) wonder why people feel the way they do about them. She often speaks on items or makes statements to make others look bad and Burning Man look like they are better than others.”
Lovelock resident and longtime Burning Man critic David Skelton said he spoke up at the Lovelock hearing. Contrary to an earlier news report, he estimated the crowd at about 90 people. He decided to share his concerns after feedback from a Burning Man participant.
“I spoke due to the efforts of a Burner that I had talked with at the meeting that felt our local issues should be heard,” Skelton said in an email.
Skelton said he supports the BLM’s proposal for dumpsters on the playa and “concrete barriers-terrorist-vehicle-barriers” surrounding the event perimeter. And, he “ABSOLUTELY” supports the agency’s proposal to search all incoming vehicles for illegal drugs and firearms.
As for the BLM’s five alternative plans for the event, Skelton said he supports “E then B.” Plan E would deny the Special Recreation Permit. Plan B would cap the event at 50,000 participants.
“Burning Man costs Pershing County per the Draft EIS. There is no economic benefit,” he said. “Burning Man has created by their own actions a hostile relationship with Pershing County resulting in the current condition. If Burning Man left, there would be no adverse effect (for Pershing County). Instead, there would be a cost savings benefit.”
Alternative A would allow the event to grow to 100,000 participants by 2022. Alternative C would move the event to the north but it would stay in Pershing County and attendance would climb to 100,00 people. Alternative D would maintain the current population at 80,000 participants.
The BLM document confirms Sheriff Allen’s ongoing assertion that the festival impacts public safety throughout the region. If BLM allows the festival to grow, public safety services could be stretched beyond capacity especially when there’s a major emergency such as a large wildfire.
“First responder resources, including fire, emergency medical services and law enforcement, are drawn down during the event as personnel from across northern Nevada support the event,” states the Draft EIS. “Communities across northern Nevada are left with reduced emergency services staff, particularly in Pershing County.”
In the BLM analysis of Alternative A, the proposed festival population of 100,000 participants “would require an increase in law enforcement to approximately 50 percent of all BLM law enforcement nationwide reducing the BLM’s ability to execute other agency missions.”
“Additionally, this increase would negatively affect public health and safety in Pershing County as a whole due to a drawdown on first responders available to the remainder of the county.”
The BLM outlined environmental concerns with an expanded population including increased debris left on the playa despite intensive annual cleanup efforts by BRC after the festival.
“An event population of 100,000 would likely expose the public and environment to solid waste. Despite being based on Leave No Trace Principles, a time series analysis from 2006 through 2018 (Hall and Rorex 2018) for the City Grid indicates that there is a trend of increasing debris and litter left behind each year of the event.”
The BLM document reveals other public health concerns on the dark side of Burning Man.
“The ‘gifting culture’ of the event results in participants accepting items from other participants, potentially ingesting substances unknown to them,” states the Draft EIS. “Participants who believe they are ingesting one substance, only to find out they have ingested something completely different, could overdose. Foods, such as dried apricots and breath mints laced with illicit substances, have been located at the event. In addition, law enforcement responds to combative or assaultive subject calls due to illegal controlled substance abuse.”
BRC claims the BLM’s proposed mitigations threaten the festival’s future and would force tickets prices to increase by about $286. The “main” ticket price for this year’s event was $425. BRC asked Burners to send comments to BLM “if you fundamentally oppose this draconian response by the BLM to a peaceful, responsible, recreational steward of public lands.”
“If you feel strongly that concrete or plastic barriers at the fence line would impact your experience at the Burning Man event, that Leave No Trace is an important principle for you and the culture to continue to embody, or that new search and seizure operations by BLM’s private security company would be problematic, leading to increased wait times, traffic and civil rights violations, we strongly encourage you to formally submit a comment to BLM.”
One proposed solution to helping the local community bear the year-round social, environmental, and budgetary costs of a 30% larger Black Rock City is to enforce the existing room tax for motels and camgrounds on people staying in motorhomes.
A few new developments in the case of Dave Sweigert and Robert David Steele vs Jason Goodman.
Dave Sweigert has his own lawsuit against Goodman in the Southern District of New York. He has also filed a Motion to Intervene as a co-Plaintiff in Robert David Steele’s lawsuit in the Eastern District of Virginia. He recently stated his intention to sue Jason Goodman in the state of California, where he has operated his business “21c3d” for many years.
Mr Goodman has asked the Court for an extension of time for his response to the Motion to Intervene, saying he is being persecuted for being Jewish.
If rats are anti-Semitic, then why is Jason posting hate speech to his Instagram account?
Specifically in his latest filing, Jason Goodman is claiming that Dave Sweigert has filed his motion to intervene maliciously, precisely co-ordinated with the sacrosanct Pesach (Passover) holiday.
Mr Goodman has used Passover as an excuse to ask the Court for an extension of time to file his response to the Motion to Intervene.
Unfortunately for Jason, he is representing himself pro se – without a lawyer. This means that it is important he reads all of the documents filed with the Court, in particular any Orders made by the Judge. If he had done this, he would have realized that the filing date was not set maliciously by Dave Sweigert to target him at Passover. Instead, it was set by Judge Hannah Lauck – who already gave the Defendants an extension of time from the original date of April 23 (during Passover) to May 1 (well after the end of Passover).
In the past Mr Goodman has said “I’m a secular Jewish guy, I’ve never been to Israel, I don’t have any particular affinity towards Israel…I don’t walk around wearing a yarmulke, I don’t frequently go to a synagogue, I have had a bar mtizvah and I do identify as being Jewish”:
This claim to be a non-practicing Jew is borne out by his behavior during this year’s Passover. Rather than attending synagogue and observing the holiday with family and friends (as he claimed under penalty of perjury), in fact he was very busy producing videos and slandering Dave Sweigert and others.
During the 8 days of Pesach he released 9 videos on YouTube and 15 on Patreon – an average of 3 videos per day. 9 of the videos were slandering Dave Sweigert. Jason Goodman also spent time making collages like the one below:

Mr Goodman just published a phone call he recorded with Queen Tut on April 3, 2019. It seems unusual that he has waited until now to release it. She confirmed that everything she said in her interview with me was true and accurate. The audio of this clip is strange – did Jason edit it? Perhaps re-recording his voice to sound more calm? Maybe this explains the publishing delay.

He is now reporting his critics to the FBI. For some reason he has enough influence with this government agency that they are actually going to peoples’ homes to question them for criticizing Jan and to intimidate them into stopping.
Fortunately the person in question has a Ring doorbell which records video, so he was able to capture the whole interaction. The video and sound quality is less than ideal, but you get the gist:

Others were not so lucky. Albert Bishai was banned from live streaming because of a copyright strike from Jan, for playing a video from the Activist News channel that included a clip of Jan:
Jan’s recent shows promoting the Talmud and Islamophobia have been very poorly received by his audience, judging by the Like:Dislike ratio.
Jan claims that the many dislikes are from “shills”, in his mind it is not possible that any genuine person could dislike his content. Even if that were true, it does not explain why there are so few Likes from videos with thousands of views on a channel with 66,000 subscribers. He was doing much better a couple of years ago with my content:

Jan Irvin insists that he is an advocate for free speech, yet deletes comments, blocks anyone who questions him, files copyright strikes, and snitches to the FBI. All these actions are the complete opposite of what he professes to stand for. If you live in Logos you can defend your ideas with evidence and logic – there is no need to attack the messenger and silence dissent.
What will be next for Jan? More FBI raids on anyone who questions his increasingly erratic claims? Surely Alex Jones cannot condone frequent guests on his show acting in this manner.
Isaac Kappy, a whistleblower about pedophilia in Hollywood, has been found dead in a case immediately closed as a suicide, a couple of days after making a video saying “I am definitely not feeling suicidal”.
Kappy forced himself off the Transwestern Road bridge onto Interstate 40 where he was struck by a Ford pickup truck…Authorities said two teenagers driving by got out of their vehicle and tried to physically restrain Kappy from jumping, but failed. No one else was injured during the incident and the investigation has been closed.
If you wanted to throw somebody in front of a speeding truck and make it look like a suicide, this would be ideal. If you want to leave this world in a final theatrical manner befitting a Hollywood star, after making a lengthy and mysterious video and a wordy Instagram post, this seems less ideal. Wouldn’t you pick a more spectacular location? He was not far from the Grand Canyon.
The bridge is sort of in the middle of nowhere, right next door to an active military base. One of the only things around is the Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery. If you were going to fake a death, you would need a body…just sayin’. Maybe he entered the witness protection program?
The next stop on the road Isaac Kappy jumped off is Camp Navajo
Camp Navajo is an inspectable site under the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty and houses an Arizona Army National Guard headquarters unit, explosives ordnance company, and military police company – as well as Lockheed Martin, the National Weather Service and the US Forest Service. The 28,347 acre facility has miles of underground tunnels, bunkers and railroads. It provides services to “various Department of Defense agencies”.
Customers include the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency and NASA. Primary customers for depot storage services are the U.S. Air Force (Minuteman II), the U.S. Navy (Trident I), and Defense Logistics Agency (strategic and critical materiel). The Camp also provides explosive storage services to other DoD customers ranging from small arms ammunition to large rocket motors. These customers have entrusted over $7,000,000,000 worth of their munitions.
It is a massive ammo dump, a curious coincidence given Kappy’s threat of a heavy weapons shootout with the cops on August 1 2018, which led to him being investigated by LAPD:

Isaac Kappy was a Hollywood actor (Thor) who came out in 2018 as a whistleblower exposing pedophilia in Hollywood. He named his former friend Seth Green and his wife Claire as pedophiles with a hidden room in their mansion “where we keep the children”, and called out Steven Spielberg as a pedophile. Lift the Veil’s video with Kappy talking about that was ranked very highly by YouTube’s algorithms and triggered a backlash where LTV was placed on a Media Matters “alt-right” hit list.
Isaac Kappy supposedly physically assaulted Paris Jackson, another former friend.
Isaac made several appearances on TMZ and Enty Lawyer’s Crazy Days and Nights blog. Kappy challenged Gabe Hoffman, the owner of “An Open Secret” movie about Hollywood pedophilia who has been accused of being a gatekeeper seeking to control online dialog related to child sex trafficking. Hoffman is part of the crew connected to the CDAN, and has also been suspiciously critical of Lift The Veil.
Kappy appeared at the 2018 Politicon conference photographed with Zionist social media princess Laura Loomer and Media Matters mastermind David Brock, before he skipped the country to spend a summer in Australia.
Kappy said he was just trolling at Politicon. He also said “Kappy is a psyop”, several times.
Media Matters came out against Isaac Kappy and Nathan Stolpman from Lift The Veil, who has hosted ritual abuse survivors and whistleblowers on his popular YouTube channel.
I was speaking to Fiona on Twitter about Kappy the day that she took her account down. She suspected him of being connected to the dodgy dossier psychological operation launched against her. Ensin is Eliahi Priest of the “InsigniaGate” operation. Kappy was hanging out with him in Queensland, Australia while staying in Fiona Barnett’s home.
These are some of the last messages Fiona Barnett ever had with Isaac Kappy. Kappy was trying to bring Eliahi Priest into her home, despite Priest’s self-confessed connections to the Deep State as an “international diplomat” and diamond trader.

Arizona is Craig Sawyer’s home turf. Another truther who died suddenly after publicly investigating big names in #PedoGate, Jenny Moore, called out the Arizona mafia and Sawyer in the days before her death. Sawyer confirmed that he had been in communication with Kappy about providing him protection, but didn’t pass the “vetting”.
Kappy initially came out publicly calling for my protection, then didn’t respond to basic vetting for it. Then he linked with Fake FiFi & started bashing me. Then he went quiet & apologized. I think he was just a lost soul tormented by his own mental illness. May he R.I.P.

I meant to link earlier to this 2005 Vanity Fair story about Michael Jackson, the Yakuza, the Mafia, the CIA, and his ownership of the Beatles’ publishing rights. Michael Jackson’s estate has been in the news again recently with more pedo allegations coming out in Leaving Neverland.

This language about “a Good Man” just came out in the NXIVM trial. Kappy used the same language in his last video. Did he know Allison Mack, or any of the other Hollywood people connected to NXIVM (for example Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem)?
Says he began to climb ranks and Nancy Salzman asked him to move to Albany. Vicente says he told her he wanted to be "a good man, a great man. I wanted to make films that would change the world." She told him he could do that in Albany and perhaps be mentored by Raniere.
Someone on 4chan pointed out that in Kappy’s last video he gives a couple of clues to suggest he may be under duress, including making the throat-slitting gesture.

Jesse Spots has identified Bart Graves, the police PR person who gave the world the news of Isaac Kappy’s death, as a former Warner Television producer.
He is a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, which has as “honorable” members Brad Pitt and David Letterman.

Camp Navajo has been identified as a site for Deep Underground Military Bases, something I spoke about in the Shadow History of Burners – Part 1.
The Phoenix Enigma drove under the bridge where Kappy allegedly died around 2 hours after the incident and saw no sign of any police or ambulance activity. He made a video about it.
First things first, I believe the locations of these D.U.M.B.s to be under or near Camp Navajo located in Bellemont, AZ, The Kingman/Wikieup area, and maybe Munds Park; Of these three I’m leaning heavily to Camp Navajo and something north of Wikieup near the HWY 93 / I-40 junction. Aside from the staggering number witnessed UFO’s and testimony of strange military operations in these areas, I believe the following reasons to be grounds for these locations.

This region is centrally located. It lays between the NSA building in Utah, the ICBM’s in southern AZ, NORAD in Colorado, Luke AFB in Phoenix and all the bases in California.
This area is the first viable area south of the Grand Canyon. The next available locations would be north of the Canyon. It also runs along the main transportation routes. Any tunnels coming from the east would either have to veer to the north-through Utah- or south along the southern rim of the Grand Canyon. This remote high desert corridor is along a natural route.The Colorado Plateau
These sites are on the Colorado Plateau. The Colorado Plateau is a rather stable platform and is comprised primarily of soft Limestone and Sandstone with a top layer of volcanic rock. This Limestone is naturally riddled with caves, and sandstone is easily carvable with today’s equipment. All three mediums, including the volcanic, provide great drainage, or percolation. The Grand Canyon Caverns lay 80 miles to the west and is a natural cavern once utilized by the U.S. military during WW2 to store munitions, and supplies. The water table on the Colorado Plateau is quite deep due to the makeup of the soil stratification, so groundwater entering the facility wouldn’t be an issue. Water doesn’t begin pooling and running laterally until it reaches a Dolomite layer extremely deep where it runs south emerging in the Verde Valley and further south still. A quick records search for the Bellemont area plan did show water being hit at a level of 200 feet, but the production was only 14 gallons a minute (rather slow). This is one of two wells in the town, not including three small springs, three reservoirs, and one well located on the Camp Navajo Base its self.
No major geological activity in the area. There are a few minor tremors from time to time but never anything catastrophic or major. In fact, up until 2014, I can’t recall a single quake in the area. And as of the writing of this article Nov 2015 we just had a minor quake out of the Black Canyon area to the south, but once again no damage of any kind.
Mild weather. Arizona, as every snowbird will tell you has great weather, this is no secret. I would imagine that mild weather, especially winters would allow for easier movement and facilitation of year-round work.
No flooding. This area of the state sees very little flooding of any kind. Come to think of it there are no hurricanes, tornadoes, or catastrophes of any kind in this area of the state.
Proximity to I-40, I-17, and Hwy 93. For the reason of supplying and logistics, both in times of emergency and day to day operations, I-40 is a main artery in the U.S. highway system. Camp Navajo sits right on this highway which connects with I-17 only 9 miles to the east and U.S. Highway 93 or the (NAFTA) highway to the west. Munds Park sits right on top of I-17 with I-40 connecting 20 miles to the north. Phoenix is the 6th largest city in the U.S. and is located only 2 hours to the south. The Wikieup/Kingman base would be located near the I-40 HWY 93 junction. Hwy 93 was also recently upgraded to interstate 11 and is slated to be the newest cross-country highway route connecting Canada to Mexico.
Proximity to the Santa Fe Railroad. We all know, or at least should know by now that almost every military base in the U.S. lays in extremely close proximity to a railroad. The rails are the most efficient means of moving mass amounts of supplies and construction equipment to any site, and these sites are located on or extremely near these rails.
Low population density. This region of the state enjoys relatively low population. This is due in part to the lack or natural resources and available water, as well as the brutal winter storms. As of 2013 the population of Flagstaff 68,667, Bellemont 893, Williams 3,001, and Ash Fork 457. As you can see the immediate area enjoys an extremely low population with Flagstaff being the largest city around. What better place to construct a clandestine military installation than an already sparsely populated area.
There is very little industry along the northern Arizona corridor. Forestry and Cattle pretty much make up the bulk of it. There is a high amount of tourism in the area due to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Oak Creek Canyon/Sedona, and Humphrey’s Peak, but there are very few people who actually work in the area year round. Due to the makeup of the soil on the Colorado plateau, there is virtually no mining and limited water which greatly limits industry.
In 1965 a new airport terminal was completed at Grand Canyon Airport. I was originally informed that this airport does not accommodate airbuses and was specifically designed to land Air Force One. I had some doubts about that so I arranged to speak with a long-term manager of one of the helicopter tour companies at the facility and he informed me quite the opposite. He stated that the Grand Canyon Airport has the 3rd longest runway in Arizona, after Sky Harbor Airport and Tucson International Airport. He stated, “it’s just over two miles long and is quite capable of landing any modern day aircraft.” He said that the runway was not specifically designed for Air Force one, but that the first family did land and visit there a couple years back. What I find interesting however is that the 3rd largest airport in the state is located in such a remote location. One would think that the airports at Prescott, Flagstaff, and Sedona would dwarf this remote outpost. While this doesn’t fit into the “mysterious” box, it does cause one to raise an eyebrow. The Grand Canyon Airport almost exclusively facilitates tourism; that is, small fixed wing aircraft, and helicopters. Why was this airport overbuilt to the extent to which it was? Logistically speaking it’s only a 45-minute drive or a 10-minute helicopter flight from Bellemont. There are also rumors of another D.U.M.B under the Grand Wash Cliffs in the north-west corner of Arizona just off Hwy 93, near the Grand Canyon West Sky Walk attraction. There are no high-value targets in the area, which means that in the case of a foreign attack this area would most likely be spared. This airport would surely make for an ideal, centrally located, and clandestine landing location for any covert government business due to its remoteness and extremely defensible terrain, the Grand Canyon, after all, is a natural fortress.
Which brings me to another consideration. Although these D.U.M.B.S. Most assuredly are capable of generating their own power, I’m equally sure they most likely don’t do so on a regular non-emergency time basis. Camp Navajo sits just north of a high voltage power line. In fact, it sits between the Santa Fe railroad and a high voltage power line. High voltage power lines also pass right through the town of Wikieup, AZ. As well as through the Hwy 93 / I-40 juncture where many believe a major D.U.M.B is also located. It would make sense that these installations would be located either along these lines or in very close proximity to a power plant of some kind, hydro-electric being the most ideal. That being said, all these locations are located in relatively close proximity to Hoover Dam, with the reputed Grand Wash Cliffs D.U.M.B. Being the closest at only 34 miles away. The Hoover Dam is also in close proximity to Groom Lake and Area 51,

This is supposedly an account of the last communication with Isaac Kappy. His tire blew out 6 hours before he committed suicide, he spoke to this person for an hour about his gambling debts:
No explanation was given of who this was. We have to trust the Twitter handle putting it out – so it’s unverified hearsay. For all we know it could be someone trying to cover their tracks with a motive and a potential MKULTRA programming activation story. Was he stranded on a bridge until sunrise, close to a military base and Days Inn?

There’s some rumors floating around of a “Dead Man’s Switch” information release, a video showing young children in a Turkish bath at a hotel. The hotel has been identified:
A Deadman’s Switch that reveals no information, only more mystery, is another sign suggesting this is more LARP than real event. We have not yet seen a funeral notice or proper obituary.

According to the first media reports, the road was closed Monday May 13 2019 from 7:30am until 11am. This conflicts with the eyewitness account from The Phoenix Enigma who drove through there at 9:30 and saw nothing, and the lady called by Jesse Spots who drove through around 8 am and saw some type of police/EMS activity. Traffic was supposedly re-routed until 11am, neither witness reported that.
This Tweet from Seth Green is eerily ominous in light of what was announced on May 14. Seth has made no comment yet about his friend’s tragic death.

Many eyewitnesses in broad daylight? We only know of 2 eyewitnesses, at 7:26am. Who are the other eyewitnesses? How is it that An Open Secret knows about this but no other media is reporting it? Why are they keeping this key detail secret?

Perhaps these investigations will lead to a police report. Surely there is one American who can get it, without having to rely on someone in New Zealand to do all the work. The first police reports had two major errors. Kappy forced himself (with two people holding him) off the I-40 Westbound, not Eastbound; and there was a car accident, as well as the bridge fall. How could the DPS get both these things wrong when reporting to the media?
The story took an interesting turn this week when @truthofaflower appeared on the scene. This was her first Periscope, as the lady who looked after the dogs of Isaac’s roommate. She broadcast in front of the wooden closet where Kappy filmed his last Periscope.
In response, @truthofaflower Kayla came on Periscope with a lady purporting to be Kappy’s landlord, Michelle (MDS) or “Eve”, a florist in Southern California.

Jason Boss, a “Torah Keeper” has funded Isaac Kappy and Vegan Mikey to the tune of around $20,000, and had helped Kappy out with “a lot” of Bitcoin ($17,000) before he traveled to Australia (according to one report, and confirmed as likely by a close source, Eliahi Priest paid for the flight):

Eliahi’s social media in the 2 weeks leading up to Kappy’s death is mostly dark. Seemingly out of nowhere in May 12 he appears with massive amounts of gold bars and diamonds. Kappy was involved in some sort of diamond deal with Priest (whose family are jewelers), and purchased about $17,000 of Bitcoin before he went to Australia to meet the man who claims responsibility for hacking the Australian government on his Twitter page. Kappy’s phone number was (323)283-3537. He also used Signal, Telegram, Instagram. He had a computer which was “wiped clean” except for his email access and bank account password, and an iPad (or possibly tablet laptop) that he took with him.
Jason Boss took “Junkie Mikey” in and was paying his bills and what he thought was for his kids’ school, when it turned out it was for “the needle”.

Why was there damage to the walls of the house in 3 different locations?
Why is the media not asking any questions about a Hollywood star suddenly dying in a small town? Shouldn’t the town have been crawling with media?
If Kayla and her boyfriend gave Kappy a book about how to disappear without a trace, why would she mention that?
Why do the two women not seem more remorseful or grieved after the loss of their friend?

Two hero teenagers tried to stop the tragic death of a Hollywood celebrity in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Why aren’t these kids posting on social media and doing interviews on TMZ? A lot of mainstream media mentions of this case around the world, but where are all the reporters looking into it? Surely the one thing that would open a suicide investigation is if the subject said on video right before “I am definitely not suicidal and I am in big trouble, I fear for my life”.

Confirmation left by Britt in the comments here of what others who saw Kappy’s missing last Instagram video are also saying – he was not driving.
Phoenix Enigma did an interview on Lift The Veil and then made a video on his own channel re-telling his story about the pickup truck driver who ran over Kappy hidden under some cardboard.
He says the bank statements shown by Kayla tell us that Kappy withdrew $211 from a PredictIt account. PredictIt lets you bet on political events. It was invented by Victoria University of Wellington in 2014 – my alma mater.
Cory (Phoenix Enigma) speculates that Kappy may have had inside knowledge of politicians relating to #PedoGate and a plan to bet against them on PredictIt. At this stage this seems like just a theory, however Cory does claim to have a lot of inside information he can’t release “because people are afraid for their lives”.
It is curious that the PredictIt web site has a widget with all the podcasts from StratFor. 5 million StratFor emails leaked to WikiLeaks are how we know about Obama’s “$65,000 for hot dogs flown in from Chicago” party and at one point they discuss “sharing a hot dog” amongst their own team. Both Robyn Laird Gritz and Craig Sawyer appear in the leaked Stratfor emails. Stratfor has been linked to Alex Jones, both are in Austin, Texas where the Army has two PsyOp battalions.
Phoenix Enigma is the only person we know of that has spoken to the driver, identified only as a male. The driver told an extremely implausible story about cardboard, a box of kittens, and 18 people waving on the overpass in what at first glance looked like a protest.
The driver has now “gone dark”. We basically are forced to take Phoenix Enigma’s word for the whole thing, a guy whose web site just happens to be about Deep Underground Military Bases like Camp Navajo. An occultist who says he is now a de-occultist.
Phoenix is obviously both a city in Arizona as well as a winged bird reborn from fire. It is interesting that Phoenix was specifically mentioned in posts from Kappy’s landlady “shell”. Her identity has been released but I am going to keep it private here. Her Facebook timeline is filled with posts about witchcraft, Wickedness and the Devil (always both capitalized).

His last name is interesting. Ashley Massaro was a WWE wrestler and military sexual abuse whistleblower who committed suicide by hanging 3 days after Kappy’s death. Massaro alleged that she was drugged and raped by a man posing as a US Army doctor while in Kuwait on a tour of a US military base. She said she was examined by a WWE doctor after returning from the trip, and that the doctor reported the incident to WWE officials. Massaro alleged that WWE officials called her into a meeting, to apologize, and to persuade “her that it would be best not to report it to appropriate authorities.”

WWE is saddened by the death of Ashley Massaro, and we reiterate our condolences to her family. However, we regret that her attorney Konstantine Kyros, who filed multiple cases against WWE, lost all of them, and was sanctioned multiple times by the Court for repeated misconduct and false allegations, is using Ashley’s death to further his malicious campaign against WWE by releasing an affidavit that she submitted to the Court and later apologized to WWE for being involved with, so we wish to make certain things crystal clear.
At no time was Vince McMahon or the management of WWE ever informed by Ashley Massaro or anybody else that she had been sexually assaulted, drugged, raped or sodomized by a military doctor with a nurse standing guard while on a goodwill tour in 2007 to U.S. military bases in Kuwait. In fact, if she ever articulated such a claim to WWE, we would have reported it immediately to the Base Commander.
At no time was there ever a meeting with Vince McMahon, Kevin Dunn, John Laurinaitis or other company executives in which she told them of such a claim and was instructed to keep it quiet.
They also said that Massaro emailed them last October and apologized for being involved in the lawsuit. She did not mention any of the allegations. Strangely, the full email has not been released, but supposedly they did send it to the New York Post. Her lawyer was unaware of her apology to WWE.
Long after Ashley Massaro filed an affidavit, which WWE only learned of the contents after she passed away, Ashley sent an email to WWE on Oct. 20, 2018 – approximately one month after the Court dismissed all claims against WWE and sanctioned the lawyer who brought the suit against WWE, Konstantine Kyros, for repeated misconduct including pursuing false allegations. Below are a number of excerpts from her letter to WWE:

Phoenix Enigma who “used to own gas stations” has an interview with two unnamed people who worked at the Pilot truck stop.
From this story, it sounds like the guy who jumped was a homeless guy that was living out the back of the truck stop for several weeks prior with one or two dogs and another homeless couple.
He would sit with his sign on a spot by the overpass on-ramp, heading Westbound towards Williams, AZ.
The guy who they think was the jumper spoke to the lady 3-4 days before it happened. His hair was not afro-like but frizzy and out like it hadn’t been washed. He was living behind the truck stop with two dogs and collecting money from people around the gas station.
Did they use an “expendable” homeless guy to make it look like Isaac Kappy died? Perhaps that explains the cardboard – his sign. It sounds like the body was ID’d by the drivers license and the car registration.
The police were all done on the scene by 11am – this is information is from the Arizona Department of Public Safety police report. It is not confirmed by EMS traffic or eyewitness accounts. I note that the main eyewitness who said nothing was going on at 9:30am was the Phoenix Enigma himself. He does not challenge this witness on having observed something completely different from him.
I note that this is now the second “witness” that Phoenix Enigma has produced without identification who has now “gone dark”. He has also sat on this interview for a week before releasing it – why? His credibility as a researcher would be greatly enhanced if he was able to produce ANY verifiable facts from all his man-on-the-scene interviews. Without that, he seems to be adding to the enigma, not solving it.
For example, Phoenix Enigma says he has been in direct contact with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and they have this put down as a “vehicular incident” – not even a suicide. This conflicts with the EMS traffic ruling it as a 963, suicide involving a vehicle. Why go to all that trouble and not share a copy of the police report?
The cozy relationship the extreme Far Left Progressives of San Francisco’s Burning Man Organization enjoyed with the Federal Government under Obama doesn’t seem to be playing out quite the same way under President Trump.
This year we had threats of a concrete wall being built to concentrate the Burners, the horrific idea of trash dumpsters at the exit gates, and private mercenary armies conducting drug searches – while on the other hand, Burning Man asked for a population increase from 80,000 to 100,000. No extra $40 million for you! The growth has been denied, but the private security doing drug searches is still on the table – maybe for this year, maybe 2020.
Burning Man won’t be growing this year, but there could be at least one major change upon entry: drug screenings.
The Bureau of Land Management on Friday issued the final environmental impact statement for Burning Man, denying the Burning Man organization its sought-after growth to 100,000 people but granting it more time to address a number of environmental and security concerns.
The federal agency may, however, hire a private security firm this year to conduct drug screenings. Or, it might wait until 2020, according to BLM spokesman Rudy Evenson.
As for the growth of the event, the population cap will remain at 80,000 people …
“The BLM and cooperating agencies could not support the event growing. The city of Reno, Nevada Department of Transportation, Nevada Highway Patrol as well as the Bureau of Land Management could not support the growth particularly because there are other events going on during Labor Day,” said Evenson.
One third of BLM law enforcement officers nationwide are required to patrol the event at the current size, but one half would be required if it grew to 100,000. Transportation agencies also want to find ways to alleviate the congestion on area roads before the BLM allows any growth of the event, Evenson said…
In an effort to make the event safer and more secure, the BLM plans to hire a private security firm to “screen” Burners for drugs and weapons prior to entering the event, according to the report.

Alternative D has been selected: The event will occur with no population growth during the ten year period. This means that a total of 80,000 people will be allowed onsite until at least 2028.
In the final EIS the BLM has updated many facets of the mitigations. Listed below are some of the most contentious ones.
NAT-2 Dumpsters: This mitigation has been completely removed from the EIS. Yay.
PHS-1 Private Security at Gate: They are still requiring private security. However the contracting will be done through the BLM, not BRC. This security force will report “banned or illegal contraband” directly to law enforcement. Federal agency contracting out private security to conduct their unconstitutional searches.
PHS-3 The Wall Around BRC: The requirement has been shortened. It now just reads, “BRC will be required to implement physical perimeter barriers and controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized entry to the Event.”
PHS-4 Building Inspections: This one was loosened up a bit, fortunately. Now structures over 10 feet must only be inspected if they are for lodging and aren’t tents, RV’s, or motorhomes. Also, the inspection will be done by BRC staff, not “Nevada-certified building inspectors.”
VIS-1 Lighting: They’re letting us point our lights towards the sky. However, the BLM is going to monitor us to make sure we don’t spew too many photons.

Private searches offer an interesting loophole for the government to get around the Fourth Amendment, as discussed in this 2017 Yale Law journal article:
Under the private search doctrine, once a private party has conducted an initial search independent of the government, the government may repeat that search, even if doing so would otherwise violate the Fourth Amendment. The private party’s search renders the subsequent government “search” not a search in the constitutional sense.
Currently Burning Man has a peak ticketed population of 70,000 and is allowed 10,000 staff and volunteers. They have missed out on 300,000 tickets over the next ten years, which is potentially more than half a billion dollars. I predict VIP ticket prices will increase above $2000 before the end of this period – in the past I have predicted that for 2020. We’re getting very close already: with vehicle pass, handling fees and taxes, this year’s VIP ticket is $1703.50.
Recently I have been rather bizarrely targeted on Twitter by an account called Chronic0ps sharing “research” about my “connections”. I know this Anon from the Lift the Veil chat community, although I haven’t seen them around there for quite some time. Jack Posobiec revealed “we’re scraping all the Discord chats”, so we know that the intelligence community are data-mining social media, especially any channels that consider the possibility that media events may be staged by crisis actors. Is this person just a curious bystander, or does their obsession indicate some sort of professional interest?
These maps are produced using a free data visualization tool called Gephi. Basically, they suck a lot of data in from the Twitter API, then apply filters and drag and drop names to create “data maps”. By moving certain names closer to the edge of the screen and each other, they can make the connections and maps appear denser. Certain patterns can be color-coded.
Chronic0ps just released a video claiming to explain it. It sure did: it shows all they are doing is dragging and dropping names together to get the result they want, usually making someone look “connected”. Then they can screen cap the image and use it for further discussion as “proof”.
People appear close to each other in the data map, not because the data mining has revealed some secret connection, but simply because the human operator has dragged them to be close to each other.
In reality, it proves nothing. If I like, retweet, or comment on somebody else’s Tweet, it does not mean that I am working for them, know them in real life, or are “connected” any further than bumping into people on the Internet. I have just under 5,000 twitter followers on @steveouttrim and just over 15,000 @burnersdotme ; a few thousand more on Instagram and subscribed here on WordPress, and more than a quarter of a million on Facebook. How many of these people do I actually know, and how many do I really follow and interact with? Maybe 1-2,000, total. Given such a large dataset, though, it is possible to drag and drop names within it and change filter settings to create pretty much any grouping or clustering or color code you want. Just drag a controversial figure like “David Duke” next to me, if I retweet something from President Trump and so do they, it can be made to look like we are both “connected” to Trump and each other.
Now we have a known LARPer admitting that these data sets are the new memes, and should be used for the 2020 election.
Also publish paste bins of your data queries, make them public for others to use and modify. This should be something all are involved in, think 2016 with memes and apply the same mindset.
You’ll note that he is not encouraging research into if there are actually connections of any substance. Just the manipulation of the data sets to create the impression of connections, which are then to be preserved on the blockchain forever. If a journalists writes content that is ideologically aligned to AntiFa, it seems likely that AntiFa followers will retweet, like or comment on that content. Does that mean that journalist is part of AntiFa? Not at all, this is two logical fallacies at once, a non sequitur and guilt by association.
I presume this is the same JB who claims to have founded #QAnon with Defango and Microchip, since they are all retweeting each other. These guys claim to have created Q as a LARP to troll the Christian right. You can read my debunking of that and also my analysis of what has really been going on with the Q psyop.
The video below is an example of how these data sets are then manipulated with sophistry to spin a narrative. It doesn’t matter if it’s “true” or not, since it’s not really showing anything anyway. The underlying science is so far over most peoples’ heads that they will believe anything the presenter suggests. You will note Defango saying “very interesting” quite often, as if he is presenting some sort of vast conspiracy. But he never actually states why it is interesting, or what sort of conspiracy he thinks this “data science” is illustrating. Just “everyone on this map is part of a psyop”, something that Chronic0ps himself does not conclude.
Defango’s description is a lot of words but really not saying anything in particular.
The code doesn’t make up things, it just shows you what it knows how to do and how it’s doing it. Right now there are so many psyops running and people blame the wrong people for “promoting” it. When you look at the digital footprint on twitter of Cicada 3301 overlayed with Qanon you will notice something pretty strange. There are many things that are missed with connections, sometimes people forget that public platforms with public api’s allow people to do some amazing things if they have some skill. I was hoping for someone with this skill to start making some graphs of whats really going on and it’s a great piece of information.
“The code doesn’t make up things”, says Defango, but in Chronic0ps video it shows quite clearly how dragging and dropping names to different positions on the map paints different pictures. They can just keep doing it until they get the picture that they want; what the picture actually demonstrates is never explained by anyone.
Chronic0ps admits that the point of what they are doing is to control people through information. This is propaganda, or as Michael Aquino calls it, “Lesser Black Magic”.
#QAnon#WhoisQ#cicada3301 The control of information is something the elite always does, particularly in a despotic form of government. Information, knowledge, is power. If you can control information, you can control people.
I tweet with the #QAnon hashtag all the time, that’s an audience I want to be in. #AntiFa or #Cicada3301 are not. Unlike Defango, I don’t play puzzle LARP games on the Internet. In fact the only reason I am connected to Cicada 3301 is because I try to follow anyone who has anything to do with that network, either for or against. Chronic0ps knows that, because I told him directly. This does nothing to stop the data being used to infer things that are untrue because that suits a narrative. The current narrative is that anyone who criticizes Defango is part of an organized gang that is stalking him. The truth is that Defango has threatened me and constantly lies about me, I have a right to defend myself from his slander to also to express my opinion of him. Nobody has to pay me or encourage me to do that, he brings it on himself with shows like the above.
Projecting onto your opponents the crimes and bad behavior of yourself is straight out of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.

I have long sided with those who believed that the Cicada puzzle came from the intelligence community and was being used by the NSA as a recruitment tool. One strong piece of evidence for that in my opinion is that it’s promoted in a book of puzzles that the NSA funded their “Scholar in Residence” to write:
It has now come out that Cicada 3301 was founded by Bruce C Clarke, Jr, the former head of the CIA’s research division; and co-founder Thomas Schoenberger previously worked for the Pentagon, possibly on remote viewing projects such as STARGATE or GRILL FLAME.
I connected Defango to IARPA, the Intelligence Community’s DARPA, in August 2017. See America’s New Q Branch, WIRED (2008). Defango has since admitted that he was indeed a participant in IARPA’s Project CREATE, which gave him access to unique analysis tools and required him to sign a secrecy agreement with the government. Defango has also admitted to participating in another government project the US Department of Arts and Culture and has had meetings with people who work in Homeland Security Fusion Centers and well-financed (dis)information operations.
Not every channel I listed is a #govLARPer or an IARPA agent, but some of them definitely are.

I collect stuff like this. I want to know what they’re doing to us. It seems that these Data Maps are the latest tool that will be used for cyber-bullying and smear campaigns – directed not just at their targets, but also the followers of those targets.
The LARPWars are heating up this summer, with all eyes on the 4th of July which Trump has promised will be the biggest spectacle ever. YUGE!
We now have evidence that people are being paid to LARP on YouTube. Money changes hands to attack people and to not attack people, to make information go viral, and to promote disinformation.
I have speculated for a long time that many of these LARPs are connected together behind the scenes. As evidence is being unveiled from the various lawsuits and whistleblowers are coming forward sharing their testimonies with me directly, the picture is becoming clearer. As I share this evidence with you, as comprehensively as is practical, I fully expect that attacks on my character from these smear merchants will intensify. Such is life.
Given the legal minefield around this story, I have to tread carefully. The “facts” of these lawsuits have yet to be determined in front of a jury. I am fact checking things as much as possible, click the links to go to the primary source of any citations. I have been speaking to a number of people involved in this story who have answered my questions but wish to remain anonymous. Their stories match each other, while other characters involved in this School Play have been caught out in many inconsistencies.
TL;DR: A LARPer named Defango wanted to be involved in multiple lawsuits and made YouTube videos to insert himself into them. This plan seems to have been successful.
Defango this week is now involved in 3 more lawsuits, with his addition to Robert David Steele vs Jason Goodman et al in the Eastern District of Virginia (Dave Acton motion to intervene still pending), and Dave Acton’s latest filing of information about this character in the Aaron Rich vs Ed Butowsky, Matt Couch et al lawsuit in the District of Columbia, copied to the Southern District of New York. Defango is also seeking a Protective Behavior order against his former Shadowbox business partner Thomas Schoenberger, and recently had the police called to his house for cyber-harassment of his former lawyer and his wife.
Predictably, Defango made a LARP wars video claiming everything I said about him in this video was wrong and if he wasn’t too cool for lawsuits he would sue me. This really means he couldn’t identify a single false thing I said about him. He made one comment in the chat during the Premiere, which was that he doesn’t know fellow ZioLARPer Jacob Wohl. YMMV, this sure seems to suggest they work together:

LARPs and Data Maps are shaping up to play as big a role in the 2020 election as memes and bots did in 2016.

Lawsuit #2 – RDS v Goodman et al
George Webb’s brother has also filed a Motion to Intervene in the Eastern District of Virginia, where Robert David Steele is suing Jason Goodman and others for $24 million. Dave has asked for an additional $3 million from Goodman in that suit, bringing the total at stake to $27 million.
The judge has now assigned a magistrate to that case and set a date for the parties to meet for arbitration: July 31 2019. at 12:30pm. The judge Hannah Lauck is requiring a settlement conference to be set with a magistrate.
The judge has not yet ruled on the intervenor-applicant’s Motion to Intervene, so it is not clear yet if Acton will be attending the Initial Pretrial Conference. He recently filed 2 documents in the New York Court bringing to their attention letters he had sent to other Courts. One of these was sent to Aaron Rich’s attorneys (see Lawsuit #3, below).
Jason Goodman is continuing with his conspiracy theory defense and has extended his theories to include both the Plaintiff’s attorney and his wife, and Defango’s former boss Thomas Schoenberger.
On the date of this document Jason Goodman was caught on a livestream colluding with Defango to get their stories straight for the court. Notably, Defango offers to “say whatever”.
You can follow these cases over at Tracking the Leopard Meroz, a blog that was named by Jason Goodman as a conspirator against him – like myself, Titus Frost and others who dared to criticize Jason Goodman in public for things like shutting down a port with a fake “dirty bomb” plot and teaching people how to modify home appliances into weapons of mass destruction. The judge rejected Goodman’s ludicrous claims and ruled that none of us were a party to the case. Nonetheless, Jason Goodman’s Conspiracy Theory defense continues to name people like Titus Frost and I.
Titus has filed another statement denying Jason Goodman’s claims, which like most of his erratic and illogical defense are presented without evidence.
Jason appears to think that smearing his Plaintiff’s attorney while representing himself pro se (except on religious holidays) is a more useful defense strategy than providing accurate information.
He told the Court all about a “Stephen Biss” of Bissco New York, unfortunately not the same person as “Steven Biss” of Virginia.
Here is Jason Goodman’s most recent pleading, and the Plaintiff’s response. The plaintiffs are asking the Court to compel discovery from Jason Goodman, which seems like it would be a requirement before any arbitration hearing. Goodman has objected citing New York law, but the case is being heard in Virginia – he may have been getting confused with lawsuit #1. They say a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client, what does that say about a non-lawyer who represents himself?
In their most recent filing, Plaintiff’s counsel is refusing to ever speak to Jason Goodman on the telephone again.
Ref a) is Manuel Chavez III, alias Defango. He told Dave Acton about CIA intelligence he had received on Jason Goodman. Jason swore to the Court that it was the other way around and that Acton made the statement. You can see from the transcript above or actual video below (1:22:22) that George Webbs brother is correct and Jason Goodman has been caught making yet another false statement to the Court.

Lawsuit #3 – The Rich Suit
Now George Webb’s brother is getting involved in a third legal action. Aaron Rich, brother of slain democratic party IT staffer (and alleged WikiLeaks leaker) Seth Rich, is suing Defango’s boss client Ed Butowsky and America First Media Group, fronted by Matt Couch.

Butowsky…in the chatroom…“Aaron Rich needs to come out and admit money in his account.” Couch, the lawsuit says, replied, “Ed just put it out there—Aaron Rich accepted money. Aaron Rich had money from WikiLeaks go into his personal account. Think about that. Aaron Rich had WikiLeaks money go into his personal account. Ok?“
…March 1, 2018, commentary piece in The Washington Times… “well known in intelligence circles that Seth Rich and his brother, Aaron Rich, downloaded the DNC emails and was paid by Wikileaks for that information.” The article cited no evidence to support the assertion.
This third lawsuit in the District of Columbia involves (so far, just as witnesses) Manuel Chavez III who goes by the alias “Defango” and his former partner Thomas Schoenberger, who claims to be a founder of Cicada 3301. Both have been subpoenaed to testify.

Defango did a live stream for nearly 4 hours, showing home addresses and phone numbers of people whose relationship to the case was not always clear.
Thomas has claimed that he provided Aaron Rich’s legal team with additional emails that did not show up in Defango’s search. This implies that Defango deleted some emails before he did the above stream on his brand new Tablet computer, which he may have already given away to his landlady Cheri.
I was deposed for 7 hours. I gave them emails that Defango did not give them I gave them evidence that Defango was hiding emails or had deleted them Now for Defango to guess when the law will show up.
The letter to the D.C. Court has not shown up on the documents list in PACER yet, but the copy sent to the New York Court has. Tracy Twyman was a researcher into the occult who lived in Portland, Oregon. I went on the RX Only Picture show with her in March this year, and called into the show again on May 22 when they did a special after Isaac Kappy’s death on May 13, 2019. Tracy had been in touch with Kappy and was investigating some of the same things, including Voodoo Donuts and their neighbor Dante’s – which both make extensive use of Satanic imagery and themes.
Tracy shared some of her research with me after that, but asked me not to publish it at the time because she was quitting Twitter and YouTube after receiving death threats.
The circumstances of her death are presently unknown, but it has been confirmed by S B Alger from the RX Only Picture show:
I'm not prepared to make any kind of statement but I can tell you that people contacted me and confirmed it was true.
My heart is broken. I've just been crying. I don't know what else to say.
Fiona Barnett: #PedoGate whistleblower, doxxed, disappeared from social media
Robert the Deplorable: researched #PedoGate, doxxed, disappeared from social media after a possible suicide or murder attempt.
I received this from a source who wishes to remain anonymous. They were in touch with “Robert’s uncle”. Robert claimed to have Isaac Kappy’s Dead Mans Switch and was in the process of opening it when he had to flee his home after being doxxed by Unirock, who said he had people in his town taking pictures of him.
Robert then ended up in hospital with what we initially thought was a suicide attempt. Robert’s uncle (posting from Robert’s Twitter account) gave some details that suggest maybe it wasn’t a suicide after all:
Some have dismissed Robert’s suicide attempt as some sort of LARP. In light of Tracy’s death, not even 2 months since Kappy’s, and Jen Moore’s death less than a year ago, further investigation is warranted.
